YJ0CCC
operation has taken place 30 Oct 2009 – 5 Nov 2009. The main focus was to give
a ‘new-one’ on 160m and 80m bands, CW. Also operated on the new 5Mhz band.
TX
antenna on 160m was Inv L with 44 elevated radials. For 80m operation horizontal
section of the Inv L was remotely switched out to form a 1/4-wave vertical. On
other bands remotely controlled ATU was used to tune 80m vertical to desired
freq. PWR used was 100w.
Despite
of rather episodic operation on 160m the following countries worked:
W1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0,
KL7, JA, VE, KH2, UA2, UA1,3,4,6,9,0, R1JFM, VK, ZL, BU, KH7, S5, YL, LY, UR,
I, OH, OM, OK, OE, SV, OZ, EY8, HL, SP, DL, SM, GM, PA, E74, 9A, YT, ON, DU.
While
pile ups on 160m maintained 30-60 QSO/hr count, 80m was busier with 110-130
QSO/hr speed.
Thank
you very much for your patience and dedication in copying weak YJ0CCC signals.

year as I do not need to wait for your cards to be received (I receive the incoming
cards from VK2 Bureau once or twice per year).
Should the
online QSL request service not work, please let me know.
