Hello, my name is JURGIS IGNOTAS. I was born in 1947 ant since 1961 I am radio amateur. Since 1961 I am active on amateur radio HF bands from Kursenai secondary school club radio station UP2KCF, since 1965 - from Kaunas Polytechnic Institute radio club station UP2KNP, later UK2PAF. Since 1965 I have my own radio station located in Kursenai.  At that time my own call sign was UP2CY, since 1998 - LY2CY. From 2003 I have another call LY9Y, which I usualy use in contests. I am married, my wife is Nina. My son Andrius was born in 1974, he is married and he has daughter Simona. My daughter Vita is also  married and she has son Adomas.
