SM7B microphone amplifier
I have a great SM7B studio microphone. This microphone is designed to work in a radio studio. It has solutions to reduce the effect of high frequencies on the audio signal. The disadvantage of this microphone is low sensitivity, so I added an audio amplifier. The most important in this project is to reduce the effect of high frequencies on the audio signal. The amplifier was mounted in the KENWOOD MC-90 microphone stand. The microphone amplifier fits well with the YAESU FTDX 101D transceiver. With the 30% mic gain setting, the output power of the transceiver is the same as with the YAESU SSM-75G microphone.
